Ability explanation : ability to bend,control,absorb,and manipulate dark chakra

Student Level : has no control over his darkness and when he is angered the darkness controls him. con create a small hand size necro sphere that has little damage

Genin Level : able to create necro sphere from the darness around him and throw them at his opponent it cause alot of damage on impact

Chunnin level : has better control over his darkness and is able to absorb dark chakra from the dark souls of living biengs

Jounin level : has almost compleate control hes able to absorb chackra from anything (espicialy himself but with the risk of slowly killing himslef everytime he absorb dark chakra from his dark soul a part of his body becomes completly colord in black once the darkness fills hes whole body he be locked away in an eternity of darkness)
he can manipulate dark chakra to form wepons (like swords shurikens or kunie). able to create far stronger necro spheres

Anbu Level : can unleash the necro cloak a justus that compleately allows the darkness to flow thru his body it increses his power,strengh,speed,agility, by 10x

Kage Level : compleate mastery of his darkness can use the sacred justsu necro bind to gain compleate control of someoens body and has another sacred jutsu necro world resurection this justsu lets him bring back to life any one he wishes (note must have the body of the dead person and this jutsu has the same risk that slowly kills him
) he also can manipulate dark chakra to from almsot anything he wants.

wind strike: hurls a large amount of wind at his opponent

wind slice : a nice fine sharp wind wave that can slice thru alsmost anything

wind tornade : forms a large tornado that slices anything in its path

wind flight : forms a nice and controld winds that hovers kelvin up in the air

taijutsu

necrotigers rampage : goes full speed at his oppopnent 3 puches in his gut 1 strong kick to hurl him up in the air then quickly telleports behind him and strike him with a downward necro sphere to his chest

necro jutsus

necrotic shield- a aura that surrounds the user in darkness that shield him form alsmot anything

necro wind turbines - a dark wind tornado tunnels that heat seeks the enemy

necrotic winds-a huge hurrican of dark sebbons that circle the enemy/s and strike thousands of time (uses alot of chakra/low lvls practically reduces chakra to 0.01)

necro world-similar to zabuzas mist jutsu it covers everything in darkness and make the enemy unable to see last until the user is hit which then the justsu turns of cause it takes a lot of concentration

wepons

kinochia : his father's blade this sword is powered by darkness and hatred it has the power to pierce hatred to anyone's heart and once it touches someone it automatically absorbs the hatred in that person so kelvin can use it . this sword is also a wind style sword so it can create wind style justus and make them more powerful
