Ability Explaination: Rinagzan, a mysterous power on the eye that gives them the power to see its whole area and gives them extra power/strength. Through years, a clan happen to contain theses eyes, but after the Great War Incident, rarely people has the power now. The Rinagzan has 3 forms of 3 stages, 1st is 1 trimills, 2nd it's 2 trimills, and 3rd, its 3 trimills. They also evolue as you get stronger.

Element moves:
Kirin spear:A dangerous power that contains over 1,000,000,000 VOLTS! Also, a spear that shoots directly to your target.(Jounin)

Lighting shooting star:Creating a lighting with half your energy making this skill. A star volt with depending on energy you put in is very dangerous and follows the person you target. (ANBU)

Lighting Of Heavens:Using all your energy and probaby weaken your power, creates all 100,000,000,000,000 volts in the sky and charge through the ground randomly all at once.(Kage)

Stormy Lighting:Making the sky all dark and lighting falling out random at one by one, risking either it might hit you or your target.(Jounin)

Lighting Flare: Random Volts comming from your body. This would help for a shield in close combat.(Chuunin)

Weapons:

Tempezuous Blade Katana: A katana but no normal one, it contains power of lighting and another
element it desires...(Jounin)

Taijutsu Skills:

Drop Combo!: 5 punches in chest, 5 kicks to sides, grab them and high jump, then drop them with yourself upside down. This may risk your HP as well, some. (Genin)

Mulitple Combo!!!: 10 punches to faces, 6 kicks to sides, 2 headbutts, and finally one strong punchs to the stomach! (Genin)

Shinra Spinzill!:Grabs 2 people arms or hands and spin them around then push them far! This requires 2 people you are fighting. (Chuunin)

Energy Burst!!!:Forces all energy to one object (Hands/Legs) and release it all your might to the target! (Genin)

well for your level your jutsu are too high ranking.... and no way to lower em really.
Say sumtin in all of em around the basics of limits and power at diff levels unless its obvious... all ur jutsu are explained as high level attacks...

Hehe, it can get better, thou I like to say this, I'm still gonna be going for pure power when I'm stronger o_O...
