Character Template

YOU MAY ALSO ASK A PERSON TO ALLOW U TO "JOIN" THEM... ESSENTIALLY BECOMING THEIR APPRENTICE AND LEARNING THERE MOVES AND WAYS

For now just create a nice orderly Character Creation Form in the right forum... use common sense when you make your character.... were obviously going to want to know your characters name, age, ect.

I dont wish to get to technical with the details of what rank can do what.... should be explanatory common sense that a student can only create a small hand-sized fireball with minimal distance compared to a house sized one with insane range made by someone thats kage level. Please dont use this for excuses..... ill be approving jutsu and character submissions before they can become useful anyways and ill look into it and make sure u have the ideal of range/power for your created jutsu.

As of this moment in time there are no default attacks or jutsu that everyone one gets or pre-made element jutsu.... all of the jutsu are made by you with your own effects... if you have one that u think everyone of that element class should have then message me and ill make a topic for default jutsu.

Heres the Ranks and what u need to get them :

Student 5
Genin 50
Chunnin 250
Jounin 1000
Anbu 2000
Kage 5000

All other ranks are Special Ranks and can only be givin by admins
