Ability : Shadow Swim/Rinagzan Eye (implanted from a previous KO'd encounter)

Shadow Swim Ability explanation : The ability to "teleport into shadows" basically shadows become a portal for Unforgivings use. He can step into one shadow and appear from another and at higher levels use his own shadow or send parts of his body only... arms,legs,ect.

Student Level : Demands all of Unforgivings attention to concentration to disappear into a shadow at arms reach and come back out of one thats within 2 feet almost immediately.

Genin Level : Able to Shadow Jump, once in contact with a shadow other than his he can appear from any shadow within 5 feet of the one hes currently in at a moderate speed. Concentration... minimal. Limit of jumps is 5 at this level

Chunnin level : Shadow Jumping but a range of shadows within 10 feet... fast speed.... almost no concentration. Limit of jumps is 20 at this level.

Jounin level : Range increases to 100 feet. Instantaneous Speed. No concentration. no
limit.... Considered Mastered at this level.

Anbu Level : Ability to use his own shadow to jump appears.

Kage Level : With Complete concentration Unforgiving can teleport to any shadow anywhere in the world. Side effects include brutal fatigue, light headedness. Limit : once a week.

Rinagzan Eye abilities : After a long fight Unforgiving managed to knock unconscious, and steal the owners left eye containing this power. From what he can tell it allows him increased vision range, and a physical boost/ reflexive boost. According to its history it seems to have 3 forms of 3 stages, 1st is 1 Tri-mills, 2nd it's 2 Tri-mills, and 3rd, its 3 Tri-mills. They also evolve as you get stronger.

Wind Affinity Jutsu:

Wind Blades : concentrating wind around a body part creates a infinitely sharp, never dulling blade of wind. Ability to slice through tougher objects increases with Rank.

Rolling Wind Armor : concentrating wind around the body and creating a rolling effect deflects most weapons and weak punches at a low Rank. Higher Rank deflects stronger punches/attacks. (if a student punches a chunnin the punch has NO effect...)

Tornado Blender : Chunnin level technique, Creates a sharp tornado out of wind that sucks up anything in its path and cuts it down. At this level only creates millions of paper cut sized slices. At Jounin it creates a mass of considerable cuts. At anbu and above it truly becomes a Blender. Only controllable at ANBU rank.

Wind Style Senbon : creates sharp needle-like senbon out of wind. Students and Genin can only form one senbon at a time and fire at a slow rate before making another. Chunnins and Jounin can form 3 - 5 senbon at a time and fire at a reasonable rate before making more. Anbu can form 10 at a time at a fast rate. Kage can form 20 at a time at a lightning speed rate.

Weapons :
Amongst the basic ninja tools and weaponry (wire,kunai,shuriken,ect) Unfogiving carries a Special Folding, four bladed Windmill. This isnt just ANY windmill shuriken... its made from a elemental chakra absorbing metal. Given to him the day he decided he was going to be a ninja this massive shuriken has never left his side. Now 17 years later he has perfect aiming abilites and a few jutsu to add with.

Wind Style, Hawk Scream Shuriken : adding wind to his shuriken he improves its speed and makes it nearly unstoppable as the wind surrounding it will slice through many objects and toss other blades aside.(Student)At chunnin and above he can make the wind blades longer giving it increased range... higher rank means bigger blades and manipulation of the wind blades.

Wind Style, Metallic Dragon : Again pouring his wind element into the shuriken he upgrades the speed and sharpness ( basically this jutsu adds to that of the above)
but this time he has the power to control the shurikens movements as if using wires.(chunnin)

Wind Style, Spinning Guillotine Reaper : Using wind element to gain a faster spin and increased blade sharpness he spins the Windmill still holding it in his hand... Then slams it into his opponents neck... results are obvious ( Genin )

Rinagzan Special : Activating his newfound Rinagzan Eye he can scope out, and find his opponent the use his wind element to create a tunnel of High Gust level winds straight to his target. This allows him a sure hit. (Any rank, because of eye usage the drain is more sever at low levels)

Yes all these are low rank attacks.... but thats because of not only was he practically born and raised with it but its all diff forms of using wind chakra to speed or sharpen it.

Kagetsuki : Formally the Rinagzan, until it adapted to Unforgiving's abilities forming the Kagetsuki. Forming new abilities and altering his attributes to a new level.

Dark Moon, Shadow Opening : Similiar to a genjutsu world but the damage caused is real (massive drain at low levels)

Dark Moon, Shadow Materialization : Using his abilitiy to shadow jump this eye allows him to create a shadow anywhere within 3 feet of him freely controlling where the object that entered the shadow comes out of which shadow in the area.

Dark Moon, Black Soul Transformation : Locks away all his jutsu except his basic Shadow jump.... White spikes appear along his forearm all the way up to his shoulder. Both eyes form the Kagetsuki. Gives him a Huge speed,strength, and vitality boost. BUT the sudden jump in abilities over-rides his body Tearing his muscles and occasional shattering bones from the stress once he leaves this form.
